A principal advisor to the DPW leadership responsible for planning, developing, implementing, coordinating, and managing functions such as personnel actions, records management, and training for all divisions within the Directorate to ensure effective operation.Plans, schedules, coordinates, and executes various functions throughout multiple divisions in the Directorate ensuring efficient operation of record management, development and annual training, personnel actions according to regulation. Oversees and manages databases including Directorate Common Levels of Support, Interactive Customer Service System, the Automated Time Attendance and Production System, Commanding Officer Representative for Army Disaster Personnel Accountability and Assessment System, and Defense Travel System. Runs the awards program throughout the Directorate and processes them through the correct regulations. Has working relationship with Civilian Personnel Advisory Center (CPAC) to ensure personnel actions are processed correctly and efficiently. Up to date on proper procedures for procuring personnel actions and provides guidance to those within the Directorate that are requesting actions. Knowledgeable of local protocol and regulations within Fort Leonard Wood Garrison, DPW, Installation Management Command (IMCOM), and other organizations as necessary. Responsible for the oversight and management of Directorate Common Levels of Support (CLS), Interactive Customer Service (ICE) System, the Automated Time Attendance and Production System (DATAAPS), Commanding Officer Representative (COR) for Army Disaster Personnel Accountability and Assessment System (ADPAAS), and Defense Travel System (DTS) ODTA, and serves as the Army Travel Card Program Administrator. A PRINCIPAL ADVISOR to the installation leadership responsible for the development, coordination, monitoring, and evaluating the status of the force protection and antiterrorism programs for the installation.FORMULATE, COORDINATE, AND IMPLEMENT ALL PROTECTION PLANS, STANDARD OPERATING PROCEDURES (SOP) and DIRECTIVES: Coordinates and synchronizes related plans and SOPs - threat collection plan, information security plan, crisis management plan, terrorist response plan, weapons of mass destruction response plan, mass casualty plan, and physical security plan. Conducts coordination to deploy installation forces, assets, and resources in support of the Antiterrorism/Force Protection Program and plan, disaster support plans, domestic emergency/crisis operations, consequence management operations.Selected Accomplishments: - Developed and staffed numerous Senior Commander level policies, memorandums, and responses, with the proper staffing requirements, for higher headquarters on Antiterrorism/Force Protection issues and initiatives. Assisted in updating the Installation's Protection Charter, making significant updates and changes to reflect the current Army Protection Program policies. Served as lead to develop, coordinate and staff the installation's Corrective Action Plan to address the 33 observations from the IMCOM Protection Higher Headquarters Assessment (HHA) in 2018.- Monitored the effectiveness of force protection programs on the installation, to include the Random Antiterrorism Measures Program continually striving to improve all tenant unit participation. Developed Force Protection - Conducted, produced and staffed the Special Event Vulnerability Assessments for 10 Special Events on FLW.
