I am very customer focused, helpful and good at listening to people. The most important thing for me is a 100% satisfied customer, who always gets that little bit more ( than expected ) personal and individual attention as well as service. I do my work with a lot of dedication and most of all lots of humour, and I speak fluent Dutch, English, German and French. After 28 years working for Thomas Cook all over the world, I am once again looking for a job where I can be in direct contact with people and can inform, guide and entertain them.This can be in the Netherlands as well as abroad, preferably in tourism but also in a different business sector.
