I am driven to serve people in a way I would want my grandmothers treated. I treat people with dignity and respect regardless their walk in life. I have developed leadership qualities through college and work experience- leading and mentoring teens, assistant store management, department management and co-leading with colleagues. My favorite examples demonstrating this are centered around educating customers on what is causing their issue and how to prevent it from happening again, along with solving the problem.
