I'm involved in a wide range of different metal fabrication projects, but my primary focus is learning and utilizing CAD/CAM software to operate a cnc mill to aid in the completion of my first live steam locomotive build. I also maintain an assortment of live steam locomotives and the accompanying 4000 feet of railroad that they run on. My main responsibility was preparing, cleaning, and servicing anything related to bar.

I was an assistant to Senior Design Engineer Jack Sessums at Sessums Engineering. Jack and his team are responsible for building, and in most cases destroying, scale miniatures for TV shows and motion pictures. I worked as part of a team that helped build miniatures and dress sets for live visual effects that can be seen in movies such as Speed (1994), Money Train (1995), Mighty Morphin Power Rangers (1995), and Broken Arrow (1996).
