Remit across global strategy and execution requirements for brand, customer, digital and social media, CRM, visual merchandising, go-to-market, creative direction, PR, sustainability and community.During this period Kathmandu sales grew 35% from $400m to $540m with four consecutive years of like for like sales growth. This growth was achieved whilst reducing the total marketing budget by 30% over the same period. Key highlights include:- Developed and executed new brand positioning and expression that delivered brand preference growth +65% over a four-year period.- Positioned and launched the brand for international growth across UK, Europe and USA.- Achieved B-Corporation status through market leading sustainability and community programs. - Relaunched the loyalty club to deliver customer acquisition +40% and customer lifetime value +10% over a four-year period.- Launched Salesforce digital marketing automation and personalisation programs for the loyalty club through multi-channel journey based programs.
