" When you stop growing, you start dying." This is the quote I live by. I always am trying to grow, as my experience shows.I am currently in the process of transitioning into IT Technical Support career field and seeking a full-time role. I intend to apply my 8+ years of experience in customer service, trouble-shooting, and client management, along with my drive for success, into an entry level support role. Recently I completed the Google IT Support Professional Certificate - intensive IT support program that covers troubleshooting, customer service, networking, OS, system administration, and security. I plan to continue my studies by pursuing the CompTIA A+, Network+, and Security+.Ideally, I am looking for a role where I am able to blend my customer service experience with my new found technical skills, along with opportunities to learn and grow in the IT field.Update* I recently just accepted an offer to work for Power School Group LLC as an Associate Technical Support Engineer. I am very excited for this oppurtunity and look forward to growing with my new team, over at Powerschool!
