Led integration efforts between Serta Business Units and SSB Centralized Spend Management, optimizing sourcing strategies for $550MM in direct material spend. Directed a team of one Sourcing Project Manager and guided seven strategic sourcing and operations personnel to meet new product development objectives.

Directed staff of one Senior Sourcing Specialist. Oversaw international and domestic spend management and strategic planning for $550MM in finished goods and direct materials, including polyurethane foam, steel coil units, fiber nonwovens, lumber, packaging, and finished mattresses.

Provided leadership and supplier allocation direction to 27 plant purchasing agents with JIT raw material supply responsibilities across the United States. Successfully negotiated and managed the spending, as well as strategically planned for $450MM in direct materials.

Supervised a team responsible for the international and domestic spend and strategic planning of $48MM in finished goods and production materials, including motor assemblies, controls, steel, paint, plastic resins, and packaging. Oversaw $3.5MM in MRO, capital equipment, IT, contractor services, and utilities indirect spend.
