Engaged on two separate occasions( Sep 2014 - Sep 2015; Jul 2017 - Jan 2019), I built technical teams, developed technical capability and delivered multiple projects simultaneously. Leading the strategic elements of projects, I determined market fit and competitive differentiation, managing BAU and delivering prototypes/concepts for pitch. Conceptualising new products and setting project outlines and scope, I consistently engaged major clients on ongoing work, ensuring delivery of client obligations on-time and to specification. • Spearheaded a multi-year, ongoing project with a pathology information management company, consulting on application and web capability development, managing applications and maintaining medical records;• Led all team and product building processes for pathology company, overseeing hiring, resource planning and client engagement through to POC and minimal viable product (MVP);• Designed web and mobile apps for a DNA testing company, prototyping and building systems capable of interacting with multiple technical systems and partners.

Initially appointed to bring the company’s primary technology system in-house, I latterly focused on R&D as the company transitioned from a marketing/services focus into an information start-up. I investigated, ideated and built new products and services, building and managing IP to position the company from a ‘middleman’ and into a market of services. I also provided guidance on broader technology-related initiatives and helped the CEO to cascade the technology vision for the company to the team. • Successfully brought the technology system in-house, managing internal and external resources to stabilise systems following the transition;• Led new product development, including a DNA testing pipeline, prototyping for a DNA marketplace and the creation of a DNA analysis pipeline.

Co-founding this boutique investment firm, I created and continuously improved the firm’s underlying technology platform critical to building competitive advantage by predicting stock market growth. Simultaneously managing all IT systems, integrations and compliance issues, I developed the company’s technology roadmap underpinning overall business strategy. Leading both the technical and sales teams, I spearheaded R&D, testing, simulating and adapting new techniques and technologies with the team delivering consistent system outperformance over the mid to long term.• Enabled the business to outperform the relative indexes in each local investment jurisdiction by creating a system matching theoretical with real outperformance in a volatile global investment market;• Pioneered an early ‘digital twin’, simulating billions of transactions and millions of tests and experiments to find theoretical outperformance, subsequently outperforming most competitors;• Removed human involvement from the new investment system, automating all buy and sell orders for the team to complete, with a week’s effort reduced to half a day at 50x the coverage.
