Throughout my career at Mood Media I’ve had various key leadership roles in our European and US operations – Managing Director of Mood Ireland, Sales Director Mood UK & European Visual Team leader. As VP of Premier Visual & System Sales at Mood North America, I’m passionate about developing media strategies for retail and hospitality brands that meet modern consumer buying habits and add value to the retail space. My current role sees me leading a team of account executives that help clients of Mood realize the unique value of in-store media as a vehicle for connecting with their customers. I enjoy working with cross-functional teams within an organization: from Marketing to IT; Operations to Store Design; Legal to Creative. I align internal stakeholders creating a common language to evaluate both business and brand objectives. The result is a focused & intentional customer experience. My approach to in-store media is to firstly understand each clients unique objectives and develop in-store music, visual, mobile and scent experiences that meet these objectives and provide them with an ROI. Since arriving in the US in 2012, I’ve developed Visual Customer Experiences for clients such as Nissan, Ralph Lauren, Petsmart, T-Mobile/Metro PCS, Puma, Primark, Superdry, Sketchers, Reebok, Yeti, Wholefoods, Charming Charlie, PepsiCo, TJMaxx, Marshalls, Homegoods, Pinch a Penny, Nothing Bundt Cakes & First Merit Bank.

Responsible for managing the Sales and Marketing functions our our UK operations. Managed a team of account executives who grew and maintained Moods presence as the the No 1 provider of in-store experience design. As a key member of our UK leadership team, I helped grow revenues our UK business by 10+%. In 2012 I led the teams that received international recognition by winning Gold Awards in POPAI UK & Ireland and POPAI Global for our visual solutions design in Telephonica O2 and Newlook fashions.

Responsible for leading Mood Media Ireland's Sales, Marketing, Finance & Operations. In 4 years as Managing Director I grew annual revenues by 55+% positioning Mood Ireland as the highest performing country unit within the Mood group.

Managing the entire marketing function for our Home Heat division on a local and national level including Press, Radio, Sponsorship, PR, Direct Mail & Branding. Working closely with internal departments and external agencies

Working in the Grocery Marketing division, I was responsible for all national and local radio, press, TV and instore advertising from concept creation through to execution. This fast paced, weekly changing environment was exciting to work in and gave me a great understanding of the retail marketing environment. I was also responsible for managing the weekly marketing budgets with our media buying agencies and advertisement production companies. It was here that I became passionate about the creative process and connecting with customers across multi media outlets.
