Performed QA testing and Product Support of Bell Canada ONAP automated business solutions, utilizing Python, Java, Kubernetes, Helm charts, Docker, Gitlab and Gitlab-ci, Robot framework in an agile environment.• Performed analysis of system requirements of development Jira stories to create a test plan that covers both success path and corner cases. During the execution of the test plans, all results were documented with relevant logs for all new BBM features. Raised Jira tickets with a full description of the issue and log snippets to cover the defect. Analyzed the code to pinpoint the issue and help the developer to resolve the defect. • Developed automated functional regression test suites using Robot Framework to continually test functionality of services code. Using a CI pipeline, the test suites were run nightly, and results analyzed to determine the cause of any failures. Results were fed back to the development team to implement fix.• Gained extensive knowledge of the Bell Business Market (BBM) products from a technical perspective, providing support for developers, User Acceptance testing and customer deployment teams through detailed analysis of logs. Strong troubleshooting skills enable me to analyze issues and implement workarounds where necessary and provide input to any defect that needs to be raised.• Ability to work effectively when under pressure and facing tight timelines for a deployment. Also as demonstrated by support for customer rollout when called to support a deployment issue during evenings and occasionally overnight. Always prepared to go above and beyond expectations to achieve business goals.• Proactively involved in addressing development and deployment issues and suggesting improvements to the product to reduce field deployment issues.• Worked with scrum team and product manager to ensure feature was delivered on time and that the implementation meets the requirements.
