I work with clients to create, develop and launch effective internal and external communication strategies. Taking a partnership approach, we create tailored content that will engage audiences to drive excitement of those products or services and deliver tangible resultsBeginning in Learning and Development delivery and moving into a broader HR role at Digital Arts, I then had the opportunity to be part of Tommygun Ltd. as Production Lead. The Tommygun team worked with high profile clients including the BBC, LEGO, Sony, Unilever, the British Council, Cancer Research, Deutsche Bank, First Group, and Talent TV, creating online and video content that would drive audience engagement. In my current role at Hemsley Fraser I combine my experience and understanding of Learning and Development with my experience working in creative communications. Continuing the partnership approach, I work closely with clients to drive engagement with our learning solutions and platforms. It does not end at engaging with the content, as my role is increasingly linked to delivering significant talent and skills development in order to create clear benefits and impact for our clients.
