Managed a major transformation and Change Program following the acquisition of Carrier Australia by a U.S multinational United Technologies Corporation. The Program involved a full operational integration of 185 staff members that impacted on all aspects of the business including Facilities, Financial Reporting, Fleet, EH&S, Legal Compliance, ERP and organisation restructuring. Project ROI $AUD 3.8m. Following such a significant Program with multiple Change projects running simultaneously, the end user adoption was well accepted and the Project was delivered ahead of schedule will no adverse impact to Revenue or profitability.

A significant and complex national BPR transformation project required to transition several back office end-to-end processes into a Shared Service Centre. The Shared Service Centre was partly located on and offshore. The offshore scope of work involved close supplier relationship with consultants Accenture. The scope of the change program impacted 210 peoples job roles, facilities, current to future state processes, streamlining improving processes and roll-out of a new Pronto ERP system in an Agile environment. Due to the complexity and scope of the transformation, multiple change programs were running simulatenously from the Program Office. The Project was delivered on time and budget with broad stakeholder acceptance and end user adoption.
