As a Regional Sales & Operations Manager (NC & VA) I oversee the management of 33 stores and am integral in the execution of cohesive operations management, including robust partner relationships, and talent management, inclusive of talent acquisition, team member training, compensation, and performance appraisals. From successfully driving sales of new products and signing accounts, I helped increase regional sales by $11 million. Through training and development, I promoted over twenty employees to managerial positions.Since the commencement of my Follett employment in 2003 I consistently set high-performance standards, and assure encouragement and reward of open and transparent communication. My financial analysis of regional and store OPIS and P&L statements, included reviewing digital retail sales and assuring seamless merging with Brick & Mortar sales & inventory levels.

I managed multiple Follett retail stores' daily operations. Increased sales phenomenally by strategically improving operations management and successfully selling Follett’s new integrations, resulting in numerous contract extensions. Trained and supervised 21 stores as Regional Senior Training Manager, and 26 stores as Course Material Supervisor.
