I am passionate about assisting people in living more meaningful and purposeful lives through evidence-based psychological principles. I seek to encourage and motivate people through coaching and teaching of practical skills to increase resilience to further grow in life. I enjoy helping people whom are experiencing difficulties in adjusting and transitioning, and providing guidance to those who are feeling ‘stuck’. My research area of focus is in resilience and hope. I am a Registered Psychologist and a Member of the Australian Psychological Society.
