• Guided engineers on simulation studies using Enterprise Dynamics SW to conduct break-point analysis, order-routing, and hourly volume capacity to analyze impact of new/shifting volume versus line haul departure time
• Supervised industrial engineering team for the deployment, support and sustainment of labor standards program and management of DC lean initiatives reducing operating expense by $3M in under 12 months
