In the Data Network Services group, I was responsible for financial and operational performance on a multi-million dollar Enterprise-wide data network initiative (Boundary Network Bandwidth Augmentation).The project strategically increased bandwidth and lowered network costs 12% at nearly 6,000 locations in the Bank of America data network.Responsibilities included:Detailed cash-flow analysis of the project, analyzing all cash inflows and outflows of the project in an attempt to achieve budget neutrality for the Data Network organization.Service delivery and coordination of technical resources to deliver changes on time and budget as scheduled.
