Responsibilities include forward workload planning, progress reporting, reviewing and approving reports prior to issue.In addition, to internal reviewing and support of team members, my role also includes objectively reviewing external Consultant's and Engineer's reports where differences in engineering judgment has occurred for EQC/EQR.Provide structural engineering judgment, assessment, and repair strategies for the earthquake damaged homes throughout Christchurch.The scope of work I have undertaken includes residential dwellings, body corporates, listedheritage dwellings, and a DEE of a commercial office.

Worked on:Christchurch rebuild from January 2012.Past major projects during time at Opus:Tauranga Eastern Link Project (2011) as part of the traffic services delivery team (Barriers, Line-marking, Signage, Accommodation Works).Auckland Manukau Eastern Transport Initiative (AMETI) - Phases 1 and 2 (2011), as part of the traffic services deliver team (Barriers, Pavements and Accommodation Works).John was the Engineer's Representative for Auckland Transport on the recently completed $3.6 million Sandringham Corridor Transport Upgrade, and design support on the Wairepo Swamp Walk project both of which were completed in December 2010.John was also part of the MSQA team on the $230 million, SH20 Mt Roskill extension project, construction was completed in May of 2009.
