Hi my name is John Silvert and I am the Operations Manager for entree. I have worked in the hospitality industry for over 17 years at the highest level, from high class hotels to niche event catering, and from corporate hospitality to fine dining restaurants. I am able to pass this experience on to my team and those who would like to further their careers or come into the industry for the first time. I have a lot of passion for the industry and want to improve the reputation and respect for the industry.
