• Receiving all deliveries and checking the goods received• Liaising with suppliers about deliveries and discrepancies in stock• Keeping detailed records of shortages and spares of items• Updating inventory management systems regularly• Picking and delivering goods by using a forklift• Organising and delivering goods from the store to the department that requires it.

• Developing sales and marketing strategies• Visiting potential customers with samples and price lists• Inquiring for orders of various products from potentials customers • Answering phone calls and taking orders from customers• Scheduling delivery time frame of products based on placed orders • Coordinating transportation and order delivery activities• Preparing invoices and submitting to clients for goods delivered• Accepting payments (cash/bank) from customers and issuing receipts• Recording all sales transactions in the sales ledger• Updating product price list and e-mailing it to customers • Maintaining good relationships with customers • Preparing weekly activity report submitted to management • Performing other duties as directed by the Managing Director

• Visiting farmers to establish their needs for agricultural inputs• Linking farmers with suppliers of agricultural inputs • Providing farmers with loans for purchasing agricultural inputs• Distributing agricultural inputs to farmers on behalf of suppliers • Conducting agronomic trainings to farmers to raise productivity• Sensitizing farmers on using modern agricultural practices • Advising farmers how to deal with crop diseases and invasive species• Training farmers on post-harvest handling best practices• Working with crop marketing associations to find market for crops• Collecting loan repayments from customers after they sell crops • Performing other tasks as assigned by the Sales Manager
