BROKER NETOn boarded with EBS as an OOAD consultant to the "Broker Net" Front End GUI group. This lead to my becoming a full time employee.After successfully launching the Swing GUI, I enjoyed a position on the back end design team. I was privileged to work with some extremely talented professionals, producing a layered N-Tiered distributed real time trading system in core J2SE Java.TRADERDue to a merger of our primary business partner with our largest competitor, we had one year to port 10 years of business technology to a new platform. Utilizing the Open Source XMPP protocol on a commercialized Jabber server, I played a large part in the architecture, design and implementation of a 'Conversational Direct Dealing" FX trading system.I was able to produce a highly extensible JAAS pluggable authentication module that smoothly integrated with the Jabber authentication interface. The first iteration was an XML backed data source until the Data Base schema was available with complete transparency to the application code. MARKET DATARe-factor an existing monolithic ticker plant into a component based system. Leveraging the newly released Spring Framework lead to improved Object Oriented components with low complexity, high cohesiveness and a much simplified dependency graph.

Designed and crafted Marketing rebate client applications in Delphi. While working here I created a client application framework abstracting out workflow, Data acquisitions and presentation task. This allowed us to meet or exceed Marketing's expectations for managing growers rebate programs
