CurrentTo aid in the development of technology and assist sales associates increase productivity. I advise on current and future technologies that will help Re/Max Advantage Plus grow in this ever changing world of technology. I deal with technology vendors to manage 13 offices, keep them online, up to date, and able to deal with the demanding Real Estate world. During which time I implemented multi office projects that enabled associates to Co-office out of any of our locations while receiving the same standard of service. Directed all IT functions to meet both client and associate needs while improving on existing technology infrastructure and saving money. The ability to work with multiple vendors on intricate projects that varied from product development and testing of online systems to setting up services for new offices. Frequently directed workload of multiple personnel to accomplish a wide variety of online and offline tasks. performed detailed analysis on all software and hardware provided by vendors while maintaining and evaluating current contracts. Conducted interviews of both personnel and product or service vendors administratively to make recommendations for both. I represented the IT functionality at corporate business meetings and during vendor service renewal meetings. Supervisory role dealing with social media, Creating a cohesive online presence, SEO, increasing backlinks, client entry sites and business to business communications.I created training programs for all associates to hone their technology skills and learn of new resources that helped to grow their client base and sales. Trained new associates on all technology we provided and helped to create individual technological business objectives. Created webinars and office training events focused on technology and business. Worked with vendors, co-operative sister companies and parent company to host and plan company wide training events and new product implementation.
