ClearWELL is a patented, breakthrough flow assurance technology, offering a chemical-free, zero-intervention method of controlling mineral scale deposition in oil and gas production. Scale deposition is prevented by using fluctuating radio frequency pulses propagated down the production tubing or through the process system to control precipitation. The signals are generated by an electronic device that simply clamps onto the wellhead or associated flow-line. ClearWELL prevent carbonates, sulfates or other mineral deposition in tubulars and topsides, assuring production. Unlike conventional chemical treatments, which attempt to inhibit scale formation, ClearWELL’s electrical field causes mineral scales to form in suspension in the bulk produced fluid.
