Lead cancer center operations including hospital service line (CHOP), physician practice (CHOPPA), and research. 3. Develop and grow business partnerships that intersect academic medicine, government affairs, research, payers, corporations, and philanthropy.4. Successful track record of developing both clinical and research programs that are self-sustaining and optimize financial performance for the Cancer Center. 3. Operations leader who has experience managing hospital teams and physician practices within a complex academic medicine environment; experience with managing over 1,000 employees that span multiple locations and Departments 4. Relationship builder who is adept at being able to produce results efficiently in complex matrix environments with many stakeholders .
