General Manager/Director Following acquisition by RBG Ltd took up the role of General Manager of Wilcox which was a long established Trinidadian company providing Fabric Maintenance & Engineering services to the Energy and Petrochem industries in Trinidad. Given remit to grow and develop the business in line with the parent company model. Developed organizational structure of local personnel comprising Operations, Finance, HSEQ, HR & Commercial functions In just over 4 years business had grown from US$2m turnover per annum employing 80 personnel to projected US$25m in 2009 & currently employing 400 personnel thro introduction of addititonal services, acquisition and growth in both onshore & offshore business with term contract awards from major Oil & Gas operators. RBG T&T now the major provider of Engineering Support Services in the offshore & onshore petrochem sectors.

Following acquisition by Oceaneering I remained as Commercial Director within the mewly merged Inspection Division of Oceaneering which has as annual turnover of $130m Net Income $9. Initial priorities were the retention of 3 major contracts on which OIS were incumbent, all of which were successfully retained and the development of a commercial review process, procedures and reporting for the merged operations of OIS and Solus. Following completion of the latter the Commercial Group was disbanded with the commercial functions split between Operations and Finances.

Joined in 1980 as Management Accountant responsible for all Accounting functions including the preparation of monthly management and annual statutory accounts, preparation of budgets, forecasts and sundry financial reports. Administration of accounts departments including installation of fully integrated computerised system, contractual administration including pricing, invoicing, preparation of contractual claims and negotiations.Also member of 5 man management team which effectively decided on all aspects of company policy. Appointed a Director in 1983.

Joined in 1978 as Divisional Accountant responsible for overseeing accounts staff of companies involved in light engineering, manufacturing joinery, transport, property development, electrical wholesaling, oil distribution, logistics and travel. Ensuring completion of monthly/quarterly accounts, forecasts and budgets to Group timetable. Generally advising and assisting company management in the review of systems, pricing strategies, preparation of contractual claims, ad hoc investigations etc.
