I’m Co-Founder and Creative Partner at Pavement, responsible for leading all brand strategy and creative work along with my business partner, David Wood.After years of owning, managing and working in agencies big and small, we wanted to create something that brought all of our insight, intuition and experience together for the benefit of our clients. What drives us is direct involvement in the creative process and building authentic, collaborative relationships with clients, grounded in the power of brand thinking and the impact it can have on people and their lives. We enjoy the freedom to be nimble, our decision-making process is tighter and we’re able to concentrate on what really matters. The work is even stronger as a result, and our clients tell us they enjoy the process so much more.My work has been recognised by D&AD, Design Business Association, Creative Review and Design Week. I’ve also had the privilege of contributing to the subject of design through publications, talks and lectures, including Communication Arts, Typographic Circle, ISTD and D&AD.
