• Responsible for all technical aspects of the Farmers Doors Factory, including the acquisition, administration, and maintenance of all workplace infrastructure such as servers, computer hardware, software, networks, phones, virtual and physical security systems, and CRM software.• Procurement of specialized CNC optimization and CAD software.• Managing the factory's databases.• Providing developed solutions and strategies for security, data storage, and disaster recovery.• Successfully created a visible workflow system to be used by all employees• Managing the company's online ordering system, including workflow, updates, new features, products, QA, and testing as required.• Completing product pricing, updating manufacturing software, and sourcing and contracting web developers when necessary.• Processing all incoming orders and providing necessary CAD drawings and technical details regarding products to customers• Managing job due dates and controlling the output of orders based on weekly gross sales.• Maintaining a high level of professionalism and service at all times.• Working autonomously and in a team environment, and liaising professionally between stakeholders, colleagues, and management.
