Responsible for maintaining the corporations IT equipment and supporting all end users with hardware and software needs. I also am in charge of ordering all IT equipment and supplies as well as managing the corporation's wireless and copier accounts.

Assisted the hotel's IT manager to oversee and maintain the daily operations of the hotels computer equipment. I was responsible for assisting all guests in the hotel and business center with computer troubleshooting and printing needs. My responsibilities also included setting up all IT/AV equipment in the hotels conference rooms and ballroom.
