Whilst in this position, I utilized ecommerce platforms to build and maintain the company's webstore, oversaw inventory acquisition, fulfillment, promoted sales growth through all our various marketing avenues,building displays, improving store flow and how to keep the customer engaged in our products. My position also involved vendor and distributor relations: creating new connections while building on existing ones, and addressing potential issues to keep our positive growth paramount. I also created and ran local events and contests to keep up store awareness and hold perspective high with our passionate community of brewing, winemaking hobbyists/makers.
