Painted Rock Estate Winery is singularly committed to the production of ultra premium Okanagan wines. Established in 2004, our estate vineyards were planted in 2005 and our first vintage, 2007, was released in Sept. 2009. Our mandate is simply to cut no corners. To that end, we hired the team who we consider are best able to unlock the potential of our property. We have supplied them with the finest equipment and support to achieve this. Validating the property, the mandate and the team, we were ranked #1 British Columbia Winery at the 2011 Wine Access Canadian Wine Awards, awarded 4 British Columbia Lieutenant Governor's Awards for Excellence in Wine in our first 3 vintages and were ranked as #3 Winery in Canada 2011 and 2012.In 2013 we were ranked #1 BC Winery at the esteemed InterVin International Wine Awards.Most recently we were named "2014-2015 Winery of the Year" at the InterVin International Wine Awards.
