My responsibilities include the overall supervision of the Bank's credit risk management activities including Credit Administration, Loan Servicing, Collections, Land Trust and Legal. Member of the Bank's Loan Committees and Senior Management Committee along with Compliance, CRA, IT and Enterprise Risk Management Committees.

My responsibilities include the day-to-day oversight and administration of the Bank's Enterprise Risk Management and Credit Management. Regarding Credit Management activities I am involved with Credit Reviews, Underwriting Standards, Portfolio Management, Regulatory Exams, Third Party Reviews and Policies and Procedures.Risk Management activities include developing and overseeing the Bank's Risk Assessment regarding Credit, Market, Liquidity, Operational, Strategic, Reputational and Compliance risks to include the appropriate monitoring and reporting.
