Recruited by Fox Factory to be GM of its subsidiary, Sport Truck USA. Directly responsible for all P&L and Operational facets of the company. Eliminated the large backlog that was inherited after the pandemic in 11 months and minimized the EBITDA hit during the unprecedented metal surcharges of 2021/2022. Created many operational improvements resulting in improved output with 18% reduction of production staff. Reduced our operating inventory value by 16% while improving OTD.

Became GM of the Oxnard Division of APP at a difficult time for the plant. It was underperforming and was not profitable. Within 1 year, turned a negative into operating profitably and continued to do so at record levels until my departure. We acquired some long term contracts that created more sustainability than had been done in many years. The turn-around of this plant was very difficult but also extremely rewarding.

Our wheel blanks were used by some of the very best names and innovative wheel companies in the world that were donned on the greatest makes in automobiles. I traveled extensively both nationally and internationally.

Turned BBS of America back to profitability after losing money for a few years. Substantial sales increases ensued. The 2nd parent company insolvency resulted in lower overall sales but BBS of America remained profitable due to very strategic operational and financial decisions.
