I manage the sales, distribution, and specification of products produced by Motz Enterprises, Inc. for Alabama, Georgia, South Carolina, and Florida. Flexamat consists of concrete shapes, locked together with a high strength, polypropylene geogrid. There are openings around each concrete block that give Flexamat the flexibility and enable it to be packaged in rolls. The openings also allow vegetation to grow through the mat. Eventually, vegetation will completely cover Flexamat. Flexamat offers permanent, hard armor protection, with a natural vegetated appearance. Flexamat may be mowed over with commercial mowing equipment or left to grow wild.

Past President 2010-2012. Vice President 2012. State Representative 2006-2010. The Chapter oversee all active SEC-IECA committees and responsibilities for the formation and staffing. We provide a yearly College Scholarship program, and support annual State E&SC conference.

I currently manage distributor, dealer, and contractor accounts in Alabama, Georgia, Florida, and Mississippi. Our focus is to promote good science along with the performance of the right product for the right application to engineers, designers and enforcement authorities. I support ECTC, IECA, and I am a Certified Professional in Erosion and Sediment Control (CPESC).

Organized multiple work crews to develop strategies, and upsell our experience to promote Best Management Practices. I networked with potential prospects and organizations to increase new products and promote awareness to our customers.

I managed small work groups by using leadership skills and teaching good judgment to correct and repair situations on site during the installations of sewer, and water systems. I earned my CDL and became a key operator of several types of heavy equipment for the company.

I reviewed engineering plans, and permitted new residential home construction for septic tanks, and well drilling. I also performed a variety of facility and system inspections to insure compliance with County laws and regulations.
