Presently volunteering with Friends of Cedar View and the Monmouth Conservation Foundation.Prior experience as Supervising Probation Officer with a demonstrated history of working in the law enforcement industry and the Court system. Skilled in Law Enforcement, Emergency Management, Criminal Justice, Public Speaking, and Crime Prevention. Strong professional with a Bachelor's degree focused in Criminal Justice from University of Delaware. Served on various committees while attending the University of Delaware including serving on the Advisory Committee for the Dean of Student Affairs. During my 32 years with the Monmouth Probation Division Served as Coordinator for two major program in the supervision of offenders, also served as Local Union President as well as Regional Vice President for the State Union. Was the first African American to achieve the rank of Master Probation Officer. worked as a team supervisor for 15 years. Have experience in organizing major events, working with organizations such as the American Red Cross and Achieved the rank of Eagle Scout with the Boy Scouts of America.

  Helped to further develop and supervise Juvenile Sex Offender Program. Developed and supervised the Probation Multi-Treatment Program. Worked with Juvenile and Adult Offenders. Supervised the Intake Unit for the Probation Division, Adult Supervision in both Adult and Juvenile Supervision. Also served as a State and Local Union Executive and was part of the team that negotiated the first Statewide Contract during Unification in the mid 1990's.
