Responsible for managing the labor contracts and the internal HR procedures in CALA region (Central and Latin America).In charge of the recruitment and selection process for CALA's positions.Payroll and benefits management of the Brazil and Costa Rica offices.Brazil's legal representative in labor hearings as well as in union negotiation meetings.

Responsible for the personnel subjects, including admission procedures, dismissal processes, vacation granting, overtime and/ or absences inputs, pensions and benefits administration.In charge of the work safety and health activities, as well as the labor relation, recruitment, training, and internal communication processes.Responsible to guarantee compliance of the HR policies, especially those concerning to the headcount control, compensation rules and employees’ performance evaluation.Responsible for supporting employees on business international travel and the site's legal representative in labor hearings as well as in negotiation meetings about the annual wage increase and profit sharing bonus.

Supporting line managers and employees on labor rights, collective agreements rules, and the Company's internal HR policies and procedures.Providing orientation in dismissal cases as well as cases of internal conflicts, helping the line managers in disciplinary actions and / or recovery plans for employees with low performance.Addressing properly the demands and requests made by the CIPA's members (Internal Commission to Prevent Accidents) and / or union representative, and monitoring and reporting union meetings and / or union mobilizations in or around the company.Creating communication strategic plans for supporting union negotiations, especially those ones related to the annual salary readjustment; profit sharing program; flexibility of the working times; changes in the salary ranges; bank of hours; among others
