This role is part of the ELT (Executive Leadership Team). The role has responsibility for delivery of the strategy across the Public Engagement Division. This division brings together a multi-functional team which includes, Policy and Advocacy, Communications, Development Education, Campaigns, Church, Volunteering, and our centres in Belfast, Cork and Dublin.

This leadership role includes responsibility for our Development Education, Campaigns and Church work. This work involves delivering against our dual mandate, mobilising and raising awareness with our supporters on global justice issues. The work of the teams in Outreach deliver dynamic resources online and offline, coupled with a partnership and supporter centric approach to outreach.

In my time as education officer with Trócaire I delivered outreach programmes, created develoment education resources, facilitated human rights summer schools, all as part of our dynamic team, and represented Dochas - the Ireland national platform for develoment NGOs - for 3 years on the Concord European development education forum.

This role involved managing a team of 4 highly qualified inventory control specialists. The role was responsible for the efficient management of Inventory across the manufacturing facility.

Managed the EMC account with it's partner in Germany, HP. This role involved all aspects of account managment.

Worked as a materials planner in the customer service logistics division, based in Cork. This role involved planning and supporting the delivery of customer service components across Europe and Asia.
