My current role at Red Lobster has given me hands-on training as how to successfully strike the delicate balance between the needs of the employees vs. the needs of the customers. Keeping the staff engaged and motivated coupled with keeping the customers happy—which, in turn, directly impacts customer retention rates and sales—is a core element for a successful service manager. Additionally, I have proficiencies in Microsoft Excel, with particular focus in statistical inference & analysis, forecasting trends, and simulation & optimization modeling. My concentration coursework GPA is, in fact, a 4.0. In addition to my work experience, I am also a long-time resident of Dalton, as it is home to my alma mater and much of my family. As a result, I am quite familiar with the culture of this area’s demographic, and what it means to do “good business” here in Dalton.
