Ooredoo also served for 4 years from 2019 to 2023, Ooredoo also received the best sales award in 2022, which I took responsibility for Responsibilities Manage Distribution team and their staffs from Principal site (Ooredoo Myanmar Head office) In charge of the Indirect Channel sales and distribution activities within the region. • Sales KPIs management a. Responsible of hitting the Month/Quarter/Annual gross sales and revenue target b. Hitting the region’s target market share performance c. Monitor and report back all competition’s activities and performance to HQ on the monthly basis Channel management a. Ensuring the target dealers recruitment and expansion plan is carried in accordance to the planned timeline b. Manage all channel’s compliance to the policies, partners/distributors conflicts or fraud cases together with the respective departments in HQ C. In the event of issuance of credit/micro financing facility, shall be responsible for channel’s ageing and collection d. Summarize all the channel’s feedback on day-to-day operation, system related matters, incentive payout, etc. from dealers and share with HQ for continuous improvement • Territory management a. Securing the highest market share and dealers’ pocket share in all territories within the region b. Ensuring well represented branding of OM with a good balance of Golden, Silver and Bronze stores in key market center for each territories c. Initiate the sales related activities and programs and work together with region’s Trade Marketing to promote OM products, both in dealer stores and on ground/roadshow • Area Executive management a. Hiring, mentoring and coaching of Area Executive headcounts b. Monitor each Area Executives daily dealer’s visitation/routine, sales performance and productivity c. Conduct weekly Area Executives meeting to promote constant staffs’ engagement and motivation d. Assign Territory sales executives to go along with distributor staffs when visiting dealers in different townships to ensure smooth sales and transection e. Keep track of TSE and DSR routes mappings so that they go visit dealers as planned in the daily route plan. f. Visit dealers in different townships and talk to them and promote sales and listen to their problems so that Dealers will not have difficulties selling sim and top up cards as well as registration and activation
