SelectHealth is the not-for-profit health insurance arm of Intermountain Healthcare, based in Salt Lake City, Utah. Over the past 7+ years here, I have been part of a growing marketing department that manages every aspect of our internal and external messaging. My duties here include conceptualizing, layout and managing production of marketing collateral, and shepherding the look and feel of the SelectHealth brand.

Programmed marketing emails for distribution to subscribed Franklin Covey customers. Artwork was prepared by the marketing department, and I coded the HTML emails and prepped them for the email software.

My primary duties at Cut.Net were installation and managment of DSL subscribers on the customer side and head-end, including customer service, troubleshooting and technical support. I also worked at copywriting, marketing and designing ads for the products and services offered on both the regulated and unregulated sides of the business.

At 21st Century I was part of a two-man marketing team at a small, fast-paced multi-level marketing company specializing in nutritional supplements. We wrote, designed and produced all of the company's marketing collateral, product packaging and internal communications.
