-Responsible for developing, coordinating, facilitating, and managing Civilian Leadership Development Programs (CLDP) including First Level Supervisor (1LS), Second Level Supervisor (2LS) and Third Level Manager (3LM) training programs for over 1500 supervisors. Efforts resulted in the first fully developed leadership continuum of the 4 naval nuclear industrial shipyards that aligns with the DOD leadership competency model requirements.-Responsible for the planning, organizing, development and implementation of an industrial project manager leadership performance coaching program. This transition from a contracted coaching program to an organic capability resulted in a cost savings of over $500K per year.-Use of advanced management and analytical skills, problem solving methodologies and opportunity analysis resulted in the development of the Third Level Manager (3LM) senior leadership training workshop. This program has been hailed as a top level program equal to that of a private sector executive leadership development course.

- Responsible for the design, development, implementation and oversight of the Civilian Leadership Development Program in an industrial nuclear repair maintenance facility. Includes program administration and management of the First and Second Level Supervisor programs.-Recognized expert in strategic planning process and strategic plan implementation with focus on strategic execution in an industrial maintenance environment. This includes ability to forecast future training requirements, as well as budget and manning constraints and requirements that affect workforce development for a nuclear repair industrial maintenance facility.-Extensive experience providing oral presentations and written communication. Provided professional executive level summaries and briefs to Shipyard Commander, flag level military and SES as well as NAVSEA 04 leadership.-Streamlined the First Level Supervisor program by removing non-value added training that was not aligned to mission or legal requirements. This resulted in a savings of over 200 supervisor training man days per year.

-Senior Consultant responsible for advising clients in the areas of strategic policy plans and policy execution, leadership development, and development and implementation of major policy initiatives in a myriad of production, operational and administrative areas. Operated independently with complete authority to design, develop, plan, schedule, and implement programs in support of client initiatives and requirements.-Program Manager with a wide latitude of independence for providing analysis, solutions development & program implementation for major U.S. Naval aviation industrial repair depots for the professional development of Sailors, Marines, and civilians located across several geographic regions and with differing requirements and training needs.-Expert trainer and coach.
