I started in 2009 as a District Executive in the Greater St. Louis Area Council and then with the Potawatomi Area Council in Southeast Wisconsin. I have progressed through several positions with greater responsibility and achievement including Senior District Executive, Camping Director, and District Director. During my career with the Boy Scouts of America, I have directed strategic vision and operations with a budget of $5M including human resource activities, payroll management, vendor relations, account management, event planning, strategic partnership, cultivating donor relationships, and developing and executing strategic marketing and sales plans. A few of my key achievements include:★Developed and executed strategic fundraising activities securing in-kind gifts from media outlets for $50K+ and securing a $50K capital gift from Kiwanis Foundation.★Completed an annual fundraising campaign exceeding growth target by 5%.★Coordinated and facilitated 30+ workshops, ,50+ leadership trainings, 25+ weekend and week-long conventions, and 20+ conference events with guest speakers.★Delivered YOY camp attendance and membership growth.
