Own and Operate a class 2 Five-mile natural gas pipeline system in Lafourche Parish, Louisiana while performing business development and marketing functions for a small E&P company.Have performed due diligence and regulatory functions to assist the producer delivering gas through the Five-mile pipeline system.

Mr. Snyder performed Land Due Diligence on several fields that Denbury acquired prior to starting it's inhouse Land Department with his then Partner, Lynda Perrard, in April of 1994. Mr. Snyder performed various land and marketing fuctions during the early days at Denbury and consistently contriubted to the Business Development of its properties throughout his employment. Working with incremental acquisitions on the properties Denbury operated added significant value in the 90s.In the late 90's forward, Mr. Snyder focused on the Marketing of Denbury's oil, gas and liquids as the company grew. He also assumed the role of negotiating Facility Usage Contracts with various counter parties. Mr. Snyder was instrumental in identifying and purchasing a natural gas pipeline system from Sonat in SW Mississippi that was partially converted to CO2 use in order to perform EOR at Cranfield field that produced several million bbls since the inception of the flood in 2007 and continues to produce today.Mr. Snyder worked with Genesis starting in 04 to transport Denbury's sweet and sour barrels produced from its EOR field in MS through the Genesis oil pipeline systems and into the Capline system downstream at Liberty, MS. Custody trasfer took place at Liberty with the large refineries shipping bbls on the Capline system. This method of marketing barrels added millions of dollars each year to Denbury's bottom line.Mr. Snyder worked with several large refineries and midstream companies while marketing Denbury's Oil, Gas and Liquid production including Marathon, ExxonMobil, Ergon, PB, Sonoco/Energy Transfer, Valero, Hunt, Genesis, Central Crude, GulfMark, Plains,Enbridge, Bridger, Texon and numerious others. Maintaining relationshiops with these companies was always a priority. Maintaining relationships with personnel in the field was also important to Mr. Snyder while working with Denbury.
