Led a 4 month intensive Program as part of the M&A team to provide an in depth understanding of the current infrastructure landscape for the current Data Centers and office spaces located in 16 global locations. Directly engaged with Sr. Leadership as well as stakeholders to identify requirements as well as establish milestones for the various extensive overlapping workstreams. Partnered with the affected infrastructure teams, Networking, Wintel, Cloud etc. to document all infrastructure within the environment collecting information such as make, model, OS version and age. Collaborated with other PM’s and Business Analysts to design a comprehensive document, in lieu of a CMDB, that could be utilized to perform future migrations as well as serve as a master inventory. Drove both internal and external resources to provide collaboration and data in a timely manner to provide a budget and timeline for future state based on the clients consolidation and upgrade requirements.

Led the project for a large-scale Managed Service Provider integration to consolidate Level 1and Level 2 support to a single Managed Services Provider (MSP) while creating a new to the organization 24x7 support model.Drove the RFP process with the technology leadership and stakeholders, interviewing four major vendors over a 5-month process, evaluating their presentations and proposals as per the organizations needs and requirements provided. Designed an evaluation and scoring method to enhance the rating and selection process providing for a in depth review of the vendors presentations, resulting in a balanced nonbiased selection of the final vendor. Collaborated with the selected Vendor to design comprehensive project and integration plans for 7 sperate technology towers as well as the creation of a Major Incident Management team and a centralized Command Center supporting the 24x7 model requirements.Partnered with IT leadership and Vendor delivery teams throughout the integration process to identify, document and mitigate any risks and obstacles that arose ensuring the project delivery on time and within agreed upon parameters.Provided direct engagement on the integration of the vendor / client requirements revolving around the Infosec and DLP spaces providing for the implementation of 24X7 support across the global footprint. Acted as the single point of contact for the overall initiative managing the daily knowledge transfer sessions, twice weekly vendor management meeting and the overall integration pulse check allowing for multiple towers to be migrated simultaneously into steady state. Provided oversight of all construction activities for all residential projects ranging from $15K to $1.5M in budget. Lead contributor in creating estimations and budgets for review and approval to stakeholders, vendors and management. Implemented a project management framework using both waterfall and agile methodologies increasing efficiency by 20 percent and reducing workload by 10 percent in the first month.Migrated the organization to a cloud based Contracting Project and financial estimating and management software reducing infrastructure and licensing costs by 40%. Streamlined the existing RFP process by implementing a standard template which increased the Vendor response allowing for reduction in overall costs to the projects. Developed and managed project schedules based on approved requirements and SOW’s by stakeholders 3rd party vendors and management. Project ManagementDeveloped and managed a project team consisting of 4 Business analysts, End User Stake holders, and application, network and infrastructure SME’s. Coordinate with other PM’s throughout the project Towers to provide updated and timely Data from my team to support the implementation and Migration into the CVS technical and business environments. Tracked project risks and issues, reported to Executive management critical issues and resolutions as well as progress, status and milestones achieved.Acted as liaison between hardware and software vendors negotiating existing contract support during the integration as well as identifying any risks that may arise prior to migration so that the technical teams may begin a remediation process.Coordinated with the project team of seven Project managers and two program managers on the project budget tracking resource hours and allocations as well as infrastructure and ad hoc needs required for success. Analysis and ImplementationLead a team of Business Analysts in gathering, documenting, and validating data for 171 individual long term care facilities throughout the United States.Identify and contact each individual site leadership to coordinate the collection of physical inventory and any special infrastructure housed at each site. Drove Business Analysis team to provide deliverables ahead of schedule while providing support for Ad Hoc requests including support of the network tower portion of the project. Worked with both AT&T and Century link to provide accurate and up to date information for the installation, testing and turnover of 171 network circuits being delivered by each company. Identified reported and worked with circuit vendors as well as property services vendors to ensure all high level and detailed requirements per site were met and accepted in a timely manner i.e. special exterior needs, network closet construction etc…

Led the project of the implementation of the Cimcon risk and compliance software suite. Worked with internal stakeholders to represent the needs of the Fidelity Risk organization and provide a comprehensive SOW and project plan. Developed and managed a project team consisting of risk oversight stakeholders, business line stakeholders and technology representatives in defining the scope of the project Lead interdepartmental meetings to elicit data and reporting requirements pertaining to their User Defined Applications and identifying and rating the 3500 user defined applications to be monitored based on confidential customer and employee nonpublic personal information.Drove the Project team to deliver the production environment ahead of schedule by 45 Days and under budget by $300,000 dollars. Created a detailed system design based on vendor specifications and Fidelity IT standards. Detailed the Acted as liaison between Vendor and FIRO to negotiate contract, training and implementation costs. Led the data center design and planning group as part of the overall data center management team. Worked with internal stake holders and 3rd party vendors to implement key initiatives that supported the banks strategic road-map. Oversaw expenses of 1.5 million annually, 2 business analysts and 3 data center technicians as well as cross-functional teams of varying sizes throughout the United States and the United Kingdom. Managed all project requirements budgets, resource and infrastructure needs driving them to successful completion. Established and chaired the Architecture review board defining policies and procedures for implementation of new hardware within the data center spaces. Prioritized project implementations based on critical application and hardware needs. Reduced time to market by 15 percent. Led the data center consolidation and refresh effort analyzing infrastructure inventory, application requirements and dependencies.
