Manage all onshore CPMs for Higher Education clients; supervise editorial resources; work in tandem with content creation and content development EVP to meet strategic goals; develop new resources for ancillary and assessment projects; bed in new clients; respond to RFIs and RFPs; responsible for all onshore business operations. Reports directly to CEO.

Manage large production groups. Ensure quality, scheduling, and financial expectations were met. Hire qualified resources and staff. Set goals and review staff performance. Liaise with editorial, authors, vendors, and peers. Ensure effective communication is maintained at all times. Problem solve and innovate by reaching out to technology resources. Explain production and new processes to internal stakeholders. Seek buy-in for more effective workflows and efficiencies.
