• Responsible for manufacturing details, sub-assemblies and assembly drawings of components for eleven production tube mills, four with lasers. • ISO-9002 and QS-9000 producers of stainless steel and corrosion resistant tubing for boilers, heat exchangers, HVAC, condensers, super heaters, sanitary, pharmaceutical, auto industry, ASTM, ASME, ornamental and general service industries. • Verified dimensions on shafts, rough and finished castings. Precision measurements taken on components using depth gauges, dial calipers and micrometers. • Dimensional tolerance methods include symmetrical, deviation and limits. • Baseline dimensioning for Mazak Quick Turn CNC.
