Renovated and refreshed, year round cottage in Knights Hill Association on Moose Pond (which is more like a lake) with all the wilderness has to offer in the lakes region of Western Maine. Our home is located within walking distance to the association beach, playground, club house, boat docks and canoe / kayak storage area. Shawnee Peak Ski Resort is less than 1.5 miles away. Winter fun awaits! Skiing (Alpine and Cross Country) / Riding, Snow Shoeing, Skating, Sledding, Ice Fishing, miles of pond and trails for snowmobiling. At the end of the day you can relax by the camp fire. There is something for everyone. A short 25 minute drive to outlet shopping in North Conway. A small library of books and family friendly games, toys, DVD's, Roku TV Entertainment and High Speed wireless internet service available. Our get away retreat has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and sleeps 8. This is a reverse home with a first floor living room, 2 bedrooms, one with a queen bed (The Moose Room) and the other with 2 bunks (The Bear Cub Room) with a 3/4 bath in-between. Upstairs you'll find another living room, dining room, fully appointed kitchen, full bath and master bedroom with a queen bed (The Loon Room). A screened in porch on the first level and deck above with a grill. Kitchen and bath hand towels are included in the rental. If you forget something, a store in downtown Bridgton has just about anything you might need.
