Driven by helping others succeed.More than 28 years in housing and homeless services work at community mental health center, collaborating with many funders and various other non-profit entities. Change agent in systems and structures at mental health center. Currently a Regional Manager II for the Alaska Housing Finance Corporation in my 10th year. Manage staff remotely from various areas around the State of Alaska geographically spread out the equivalent of from Minneapolis to the lower parts of Key West Florida. Adept at technology necessary to manage and participate remotely. Active participation, with numerous Advisory/Board of Director lead roles in Housing, Sports Associations, and training mentorship programs. Led activities in Board leadership roles around strategic and organizational planning. Active in multiple sports through high school, college and throughout adult life. Strong passion for mentoring and supporting youth and adult education as well as sporting activities and opportunities for participation.Greatest high school sports accomplishment or award was for conference sportsmanship in football for Central New York. Leadership roles in college included athletics, student housing, Varsity Club and fraternity council collaborations. Strengths areas continue to be leadership, communications, collaborations, and general willingness to get things accomplished. Interests are extensive sports fandom, outdoors of our Alaska we call home, family and friends.
