Contractor to the Defense Intelligence Agency Lead developer for the CRATE website under the direction of the Collections Management Division, of the DIA. CRATE is a website developed utilizing the following technologies: CodeIgniter MVC, PHP, Oracle, jQuery, JavaScript, CSS, HTML, and Apache.● Manage a team of developers in the development of the CRATE website, a site whose overall goal is to consolidate various agency’s tools into one consolidated, user-friendly tool. Responsible for assigning tasks, monitoring progress of the team against deadlines, reporting the teams’ progress to government PMO, and interacting with various SMEs on the design of the site.● Develop code to pull data from a variety of disparate agency websites via XML feeds and store that data in a set of locally hosted Oracle databases. ● Used the CodeIgniter MVC to create a dynamic website which pulled data from an Oracle database, and displayed it on the website. Utilized JavaScript/jQuery to enhance the user experience on the front end.● Worked with SMEs to identify and resolve problems with our incoming data feeds and the CRATE website.Developer for the COUGAR program, an airborne collections management tool for the DIA, utilizing Java, Spring MVC, JSTL, Foundation, jQuery, JBoss, and mongoDB. ● Used the Agile process to break down user stories into tasks, prioritize the backlog, and monitor progress. Worked with SMEs and government representatives to ensure that design was technically feasible and resulted in a coherent product.● Worked on the front end to create a dynamic web experience for the user, using JSTL and Foundation and JavaScript as necessary.● Developed controller and model functionality to store and retrieve data in mongoDB.

Lead Tester Contractor to the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency Lead the Systems Integration & Test (I&T) team on the RTM 2.1 Task Order (GIMS) for NGA. RTM is a web-based application which utilizes JSP, Java, JavaScript, jQuery, Oracle, Apache/Tomcat.● Managed the I&T Team’s day-to-day activities which included, writing test cases, executing test cases, performing various ad hoc tests, writing discrepancy reports, and verifying fixed discrepancies. At their conclusion, lead the team through the Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) dry run and FAT formal tests. ● Presented at monthly Program Management Reviews (PMR) and conducted weekly status meetings for the customer and external segments.● Represented the I&T team at various program level meetings, including, Risk Opportunity Management Board (ROMB), Engineering Review Board (ERB) and the Discrepancy Review Board (DRB).● As the Control Account Manager (CAM), manage and coordinate the integration and test baseline for the program using the Earned Value Mangement System (EVMS). Prepared basis of estimates, work breakdown structures, and cost variances. Reported status for financial reporting on a weekly basis for the team, assigned charge numbers, and hired new staff.

Contractor to the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency Design and develop websites as necessary for an organization within NGA utilizing PHP, JavaScript, Ajax, jQuery, Oracle, CSS and HTML● Responsible for the ongoing development and maintenance of my organization’s intranet sites. Sites are built upon a PHP5 platform using an Oracle backend.● Develop sites for crisis support which automatically pull information from various other websites across the agency.● Enhance the usability of existing interfaces in order to increase the efficiency for users of the site. New interfaces programmed in JavaScript, Ajax and JQuery. ● Design graphics for all sites worked on using a combination of Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.

Web Developer/ Tester - Training Theater Operational Planning Assessment Service (TOPAS) Alexandria, VA Responsible for all web development, testing and training for TOPAS, a web-based military planning and assessment application utilizing JSP, Java, JavaScript, SQLServer, Apache/Tomcat● Acted as lead for all testing activities throughout the lifecycle of TOPAS including:○ Implemented full regression testing for the application which previously was non-existent○ Developed and performed functional testing on all new requirements ○ Developed various accreditation test plans and oversaw government representatives as testing was performed○ Reported and tracked trouble tickets and managed their resolutions for the group○ Represented the test team on the Change Control Board○ Administered the test servers including installing/updating software and patches● Appointed Lead Trainer entailing the following:○ Produced a web-based, deployable training suite which functioned as stand-alone training for new users that were unable to attend training or to use as a supplement to in-person training○ Trained new customers in the use of TOPAS before they are deployed to the field○ Responsible for training our Field Service Team members who were responsible for training at our various deployed sites.○ Represented the TOPAS team at occasional trade shows and exercises● Hands on management of test team with the following responsibilities:○ Estimated level of efforts and allocation of project work to the team○ Reviewed test activity and test plan creation to ensure quality as well as adherence to CMMI standards○ Conducted yearly performance reviews for team members and personal improvement plans when necessary ○ Made decisions on hiring new employees and releasing existing ones● Represented the project during onsite JWICS accreditation process. ○ Assisted in writing necessary documentation and all resulting revisions.
