Evaluated proprietary and Open Source Workflow technologies and performed selection. Delivered Harmony Composer user interface and services which allow our clients to design, schedule and deploy workflows executing Harmony services such as data import and export, segmentation branching, message scheduling over multiple channel types, billing reconciliation, web analytics and event activity report download, among other services to the benefit of our clients. Composer user interface allows clients to design workflows using drag and drop to connect nodes representing Harmony services. The system internals represent Activiti BPMN Service Task pattern foundation running on an Apache Activiti cluster. Workflow generation is based on a Workflow Transformation Format which represents the workflow tasks, properties, incoming and pass through value validation that is custom parsed, converted to BPMN and deployed to the Activiti workflow engine using either CRON or ISO8086 scheduling expressions. Schedule deployment types include one time, polling and complex scheduling of recurring workflows.
