Responsible for creating Master Production Plan based on inventory levels and demand forecast, In charge of executing Material Resource Planning (MRP) and Distribution Resource Planning (DRP) after Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) meeting, reflecting business needs and agreed actions. Work with Sales and Marketing departments to develop and update product demand forecast on a monthly basis. Prepare master production schedule for formulated products in accordance with demand forecast. Provide timely notice to formulators of product quantities and production deadlines. Update production status, irregularities, and delays to Sales and Marketing department. Ensures adequate inventories of raw materials, ingredients, and other supplies at each sub-contractor and warehouse. Work with packaging specialists to monitor and maintain adequate levels of packaging and labels.
