I commenced my role as Studio Lead in Melbourne in 2021 and for me this was the culmination, realisation and highlight of something I am quite passionate about - working with people. Whether as the champion for a client, consultant or colleague my role is to ensure we achieve the best we can and more importantly that all voices are valued. I have worked across residential, public and commercial projects with a careerfocus in the education sector and architecture as a spatial framework for learning, working and living. My approach to design reflects a career-long curiosity about how people use and interact withbuildings, and the ways in which architecture exists in our cultural awareness of place. As a leader I like to encourage, support and motivate. I truly believe that great things are created through passion, energy and enjoyment for all team members. I am passionate about empowering and supporting the next generation of architects and this has also become an important part of my role. I love what I do
